We where "not" playing paintball on his property. And it was kinda a he said she said thing cause it was on both sides of the river. Which the other side where we where across from his yard is actually another state.

Yeah, still haven't finshed the Independence Campaign yet. So far I'm not really happy with the battle mechanics. I just auto-resolve every conflict. And be careful not to get caught in a siege! There is no way out.

I didn't play the RTI Campaign I went straight to the main one. I've been playing as Russia for awhile and over all I'm doing well. I'm at "war" with Sweden but after taking St. Petersburg it's turned into a staring match across the bay of Finland. Now I have to focus on the Crimea I haven't been doing to well down there. I haven't fought any battles on the campaign yet I don't think my computer could handle it.

I had some fun with the Naval combat. In the French & Indian War part of the campaign I had four 5th Class Frigates playing havoc with the French Navy. They only had Brigs to fight back with. I played the battles out and could engage and sink 3 at a time using only a single frigate at a time!

Wow. Have you tried going to the custom battles and trying out the more advanced weaponry? I tried out two Puckle Guns on some Line infantry whatever you do when using a puckle gun make sure you have some infantry supporting them or else they'll get overrun pretty quickly. did you use Roger Rangers in the RTI? If so were they any good?

No Rangers yet. In the Road to Independence campaign, you are the Colonials so no Roger's Rangers on your side.

And the few battles I have fought, you must protect your artillery at all times. The AI seems to subscribe to the theory that cavalry was only intended as an anti-artillery weapon. They go charging straight at your guns at every opportunity.
